As you watched in the presentation above, you will found that not all “Wines” are truly “Fine Wines”. They just aren’t. Ours are, and that’s what makes them Amazing!
We had a “Wine Magic Event”, and here are the True Fine Wines and ingredients:
Starting with the wines of the “Wine Magic Evening”
Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio
More Than Muse Rose’
Nile Eddy Pinot Noir
Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
Adele Zinfandel
Ricord Merlot
Having a diverse variety of wines for your “EVENT” will allow for unique ” Taste and Sensations in your Body to” to occur. This leads to a more enjoyable experience. Whether you have a different glass for each,, or wash and dry as you progress throughout the event is up to you. But having separate glasses will allow and amazing variation in pairings and combinations.
Next comes the FOOD!
Charcuterie Board. Salty and Savory meats are a must. Salty meats included Salami, Pepperoni, and Ham. Along with Savory meats like (plain and seasoned) Turkey, and (plain and seasoned beef). Another must would be olives and capers. We included nuts such as Almonds, Cashews, and Pecans. Jams, Preserves, as well as an assortment of Melons (Honeydew, Cantaloupe, and Watermelon), Apple slices (Honeycrisp and Granny Smith), and Kiwi slices
First Course. This consists of any Accompaniment to the Meal such as Barbeque Shrimp, as well as a a variety of selection of salads. The Salad will lighten the pallet following the Charcuterie Board. Typically this would be a light Caesar or Garden Salad. Dressings on the side are usually preferred as enjoy the Fine Wine to the dressing. However, a good Blue Cheese or Caesar can make the “wine” flavors come alive!
Main Course. The main course consisted two types of proteins. A Fish Dish (Salmon and Barramundi are two of our favorites). As well as a Beef Dish. Seasoning with Salt and Pepper allow the Wine to blend well with the Beef and cooking over a barbeque only adds to the flavor! Anything from Roast, to Prime Rib, or Steaks are excellent choices to help any “Tasting Event” turn into “Wine Magic”!
Dessert. A Merlot’s pest and most popular pairing is a Rich and Deep “Dark” Chocolate. A Chocolate Cake, accompanied by a plate of chocolate pieces is a wonderful combination to round out the meal.
With the Wine and Foods prepared, Here is how the “Wine Magic” takes place:
To start with. We begin will go in the order from the lights to the heavies. To accompany the Charcuterie Board, More than Muse and Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio. The flavor combination of these will help to open their tasting pallets for the rest of the experience!
During the second course. Nile Eddy Pinot Noir and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon are added to the table to be pared with the Fish and Beef Entres. This will continue the “Wine Magic” experience!
Not Done Yet! Time for the Third course (Dessert). To finish the meal portion of the evening, the Ricord Merlot is brought to the table. Accompanied by Chocolate Cake and/or Chocolate Tasting Plate, this is an amazing way to accomplish a Wine Magic Event!
What’s left? Obviously if there are wines left you can continue the Wine Magic Event, experimenting as you desire. You may find enjoyment in different combinations. Whether it’s lighter wines coupled with heavier foods and the Dark Chocolates, or Merlot, Pinot Noir, Zin, or Cab coupled with the Charcuterie.
You just may find a new and unique favorite blend of flavors! We also have the Accessories to help you create your Wine Magic Even in style. See them here.
